refactor(camera): 重构 SmartShooter 最小化功能

- 移除本地 PowerShell 脚本实现
- 添加对 request 模块中 get 方法的导入
- 集成 HTTP API 调用来最小化 SmartShooter 窗口
- 简化错误处理逻辑并提高代码可维护性
