Enhance TypeScript definitions for Element Plus components in client/src/components.d.ts; add missing components including ElDivider, ElDrawer, ElForm, ElFormItem, ElOption, ElPagination, ElProgress, ElSelect, ElTable, and ElTableColumn. Update ComponentCustomProperties to include vLoading directive.
